Olde Town Arvada offers evening and seasonal entertainment throughout the year.  Within a mile are many parks, bike trails, a new library and Costco. Within a three mile drive you can find several grocery stores, Super Target and the large Colorado Mills shopping center. In early 2019 the Denver Light Rail system will be coming with a stop out the back door.
